I Love Kohl's and I Don't Even Shop There. Here's Why...

Kohl's Return Policy:

They call it their "Hassle-Free" Return Policy.  I was able to return a broken Keurig that I bought from QVC two years prior and exchange it for one that worked. I also exchanged a different Keurig that I purchased from Sam's Club.  It went just as smoothly. As long as it is an item that they once sold, they would let you exchange it for a model number as close as possible to the old one that you're bringing in or they will give you store credit. It doesn't matter if you had it for 10 years or 10 hours. I bought some Beats By Dre from Target that had a shortage in one of the ears, no problem, I was able to exchange them at Kohl's.  No questions asked, no additional info volunteered!  If you are exchanging something that you actually purchased there, without a receipt, it's the same as I mentioned above.  If you have a receipt or its something that they can locate on a Kohl's card, then you could get cash back.  Just about the only time I step into my local Kohl's is to exchange a Keurig (they are not built to last, let's be honest) or to do the next thing I love about them....

You Can Make All of Your Amazon.com Returns At Kohl's:
No matter what you purchased from Amazon, if you need to return the item, you have the option to return it to your local Kohl's.  I bought two iPhone cases from Amazon and when they came in, they were cases for the plus.  I didn't notice when I ordered them, that I was ordering for the wrong size phones, but when I opened my package, I noticed that the phone cases were huge.  I immediately contacted Amazon, they e-mailed me return instructions to take to my local Kohl's, and I didn't even have to print them out. Kohl's scanned the return receipt straight from my phone.  Easy peasy!  If you purchase large items like furniture or a television, you don't have to worry about shipping the items back, just take them to your local Kohl's.  They even give you the option to credit the method you used to pay for the item or to put it on a Kohl's gift card.

Kohl's Cash:
Their credit card perks and Kohl's Cash are pretty good.  I personally believe that "cash is king" so I don't use credit cards often, but I have entertained the thought of getting a Kohl's card for the perks.  You can get things free and/or close to free if you play it right.  Use them with 6% back in ebates and/or other coupon codes, then you really will be balling!

Electric Car Stations:
I thought that it was pretty cool to see a few parking spots designated for electric and hybrid cars.  Patrons can plug their cars up while shopping in the stores.  Very innovative.  Maybe they will pave the ways for other big box stores to upgrade their parking lots to do that.

Question of the Day:
Tell me what do you love about Kohl's?
